Running Shoes Faves ➡️
1) Adidas by Stella McCartney - Ultraboost 20 S
2) Nike - React Infinity Run Flyknit
3) APL - Techloom Breeze
My day-to-day running is mainly on road or beach trails. I rotate with these shoes because they are comfortable, not too narrow for my feet, and worth the money as they’ve ran many miles with me so far!

New Blog is LIVE! Hope you are having a wonderful Monday :)

From the days I was playing softball as a kid, it was easy to make friends with my teammates because we all had one goal in mind: winning the game. Also, getting pizza and root beer after the game to celebrate was a motivator as well, but all in all, I loved playing sports growing up because it help

Add chicken to cooked vegees, and add remaining cilantro to pan. THEN add fresh orange juice, about 1-2 tsp to your bowl. Add salt & pepper, for tasting.

New Blog is LIVE!

This entry, like almost all my entries was inspired about some recent instances. My outlook on how I need to engage more with others, be open to people, yet still be on guard not to divulge my entire childhood.
Read on, and Happy Monday

My experience with social situations when a stranger will introduce themselves to me isn’t how all my friendships start. Yet, we all can count a few times when a friend you already have invites you to a party, or on your way to dinner, and they happen to see someone they know. This encounter is ho...

New Sunday Blog Post is LIVE!

Hello You Beautiful Weekenders 👋
I've been "making money moves" recently, and have felt more motivated to keep on my schedule to keep you all posted on the website, my life, etc.

This post was inspired by a recent conversation with a friend. Hope you enjoy, and let's gear up the this end of October 2019.

This analogy is such a stupid thing nowadays, with all the ways to become caught up in what’s going on around you. In my own experience, from growing up in a small town to now having lived in some of the major cities on the west coast, it’s easier than you think to get swept up in the life of ea...

WEBSITE UPDATE:

I just added some of my favorite spots in the city of...
San Francisco!

Keep in mind, there are so many more on my list (as I lived there for close to 3 years), but feel free to add your fave in the COMMENTS BELOW!

Whenever I’ve gone here, it’s been somewhat of a rainy day, and honestly, that first cup of hot hibiscus tea, or my favorite honey lavender almond latte, it makes it that much more special.

Hello Saturday! And Everyone on this beautiful day :)

When we have that friend, or even be THAT friend ourselves that will go to Costco to grocery shopping, the allure of the nations best is just down the aisle.
Yes, I'm talking about the MEAT department.

Whether it IS at Costco, or just a sweet deal at your local Safeway, this article shed some light on how to properly store that meat I have, how to tell what is good and what should be thrown out.

Food storage mistakes can have major consequences. These easy, expert-approved tricks will keep you from a costly (or dangerous) meat storage mishap.

Automatically when I think of the word “compromising,” my mind goes straight to a therapist telling a couple to compromise their relationship. I am not a certified counselor, nor am I an expert on the human brain and how to predict what people are thinking. Come to think of it: no one can predic...
