I’ve been quiet. Had to step away for my own health. Things are brewing for a new chapter in how I show up to be of service in the wellness sector. Getting people off screens and back to in-person nurturing. Shakti Revolution is elevating and maybe even a new name!

Full moon lunar eclipse and I’m right on time!

With this ending, I am teaching my last Reiki Training and certification, in my current home, tomorrow.

Moving to a new neighborhood next week. Will be moving Shakti Revolution to a new business location as well. I can feel the momentum building and new coaching clients have arrived as well.

Got to be in one of my most favorite places this morning with zoom clients. Accepted 2 new Holistic-Elevation Coaching students this week. After a thorough consult, they are both ready, willing, and dedicated to do their work. Love that I get to be in a spot to guide them and help them from unconditional love. Blessed be!

Making sure we check in daily with our physical, mental, and emotional bodies can assure we keep the balance.

Sometimes we need intense help often. Sometimes we need a check-in and refresh/ reset. Whatever your needs, offers non-judgmental assistance, a choice of perspectives, and unconditional love.

I feel amazing after a good 40 mins of meditation, prayers, and affirmations. Selfwork is WORK! Life ain’t gonna change in a matter of days or weeks.
