The following is a pattern I use for a Sprained Ankle with Achilles’ Tendon involvement. The K-tape acts acts as a flexible supportive layer to the muscles, tendons & ligaments of the same region which allows the patient to immediately improve their activities of daily living. A game changer for those just trying to get around the house after rolling their ankle.
