Our Mission:
To bring the message of the all the inclusive Love of Jesus Christ to the people of Tijuana, especially those on the margins of society. The ministry aims to focus on three groups of marginalized people:
- People living with HIV/AIDS
- People in recovery from addictions
- Orphans living with terminal illnesses
- Elderly living in Hospices
The ministry will not only bring the world o
f God, but so also tangible and financial blessings to the congregation and the surrounding community. Pastor Tony Manriquez Biography:
- Member of City of Refuge UCC San Francisco since 1994 under the leadership of Bishop Yvette Flunder.
- Installed as Pastor of COR Tijuana Church since 2007.
- Minister of outreach Hands on Heart Ministry, outreach Tenderloin SF. 6 years
- Chaplain SF General Hospital AIDS ward.

- Intermediary Between the Catholic Church, San Francisco Pride and COR UCC SF

- Pastor Manriquez is an alumni of Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley Ca. All theology, ethics, preaching, teaching and knowledge learned at the feet of Bishop Yvette Flunder
And humility learned at the feet of Mother Shirley Miller.
