In my happy place, amongst the trees, wind, and fertile Earth beneath my feet.

I haven’t spent that much time in nature recently - with a busy summer schedule, and a couple trips, it was time to reconvene.

Most times when I go out in nature, I make an offering to the land, with some stones, and pieces of Selenite.

Where we hiked, there was some damage of a fire that came through the area, so I did my offering among the scorched trees and Earth. Bringing more light to this sacred Kumeyaay land that is otherwise known as the Cleveland National Forest. Digging into the Earth with my hands, and placing the stones always brings me back to center. To my happy place within.

Hoping you all find ways to connect with Mother Earth. Every land offering we do brings even more love and light onto this planet - win-win!

The Give Away Ceremony this weekend was so deeply potent.

There’s something so special about being in the presence of a Shaman that is so connected and in alignment that when she shared stories of her life, that it opened doors into my soul that I didn’t know existed.

I had been carrying around the negative messaging and pain that was not my own. I tucked these heavy things waaay down within - unconsciously. Until this day.

As these memories of the past and feelings that I inherited came roaring to the surface, all I could do was breathe. My chest was aching, all over with a flood of dense emotions that were not my own. Shame, guilt, sadness and envy poured out of this space, and onto this arrow I created.

I couldn’t talk to anyone as this all poured out, all I could do was breathe and cry. It wasn’t until we poured spirits into our mouths and spit to over the fire, that I felt the heaviness, the aching pour out of my chest. Off of my heart, leaving me raw, open and very vulnerable.

It took some days to come back to myself to feel the spaces where this dense energy once resided. I can now feel the immense space and possibility that is now in its place, fertile for new life. I am so grateful for the healing, and for the healers who made this possible. 💚🙏🏾💚

In my element yesterday at ✨✨ doing events where I get to share the sacred stone medicine that I’ve been blessed to study is what makes my heart sing. 💕💕💕and through this medicine at lovely events like these, here’s some tidbits of what I’ve learned this far:

Onions!

There really is nothing more satisfying than pulling one straight out of the ground - what a treat!!

And talking about onions - we are totally like onions. With many layers to us, to our souls, and of course to our healing.

One day, we may feel like we reached a new level within, where things become clearer, and you feel so accomplished.

Then, you turn around again, and wham! You get hit with another layer. This one way different, with layers of complexity that we never knew existed.

If you’ve read down this far, I wrote all of this to say that - you’ll be ok. You will get through this next layer, and will be an even more vibrant version of yourself on the other side. You got this!

There are only a handful people that come into our lives in full color.

Babs, you for sure are one of them. You are nothing short of a phenomenal soul - being of service to the voiceless and forgotten, showing up for all of her friends when we are at our lowest, having the mouth of a sailor, and creating a life so very aesthetically pleasing.

I am so lucky to call you my bestie. And even with the Long Covid demon named Stan that is harassing you, you still show up - you still care about all the little things that happen in my life. We somehow always find humor, even in the saddest of moments. You are a gem. You are a light. I love you so very much, always and forever! Happy Born Day to you!!! May 2023 be the year Stan takes a hike!

For the Self-Love Gem Elixir, the crystals chosen come together in a beautiful synergistic love song to your heart. Rhodochrosite mends a broken heart - one that was caused by another or when we break our own heart. Mica and Morganite work together here for healthy surrender or control of the heart. Pearl comes into this formula as a sweet embrace of acceptance for all parts of the self and soul. Morganite also harmonizes this formula with its warm, loving energy.

Today was a special day!

Mercury went direct (yay!!!)

And and I did our first Crystal Activation and Sound Healing together at the Vi - La Jolla Village for a group of executives who really needed it.

The Vi is an amazing place - for seniors to live out the sunset years of their lives in luxury within a set high-rise apartment buildings with round-the-clock staff of service professionals, maintenance staff, wellness team (with a staff of nurses) administering care to the residents. Covid really hit them hard, with the staff being locked down with the residents for weeks at a time, working nonstop for the care of residents during this wild time.

So needless to say they are exhausted. Tired from all the long hours, accommodating, and making the impossible possible at any cost.

That’s where Lindsey and I stepped in today, thanks to and We showed up, and shared our magic with a group of unassuming (had no idea what they were doing for this hour) attendees. They were each instructed create an intention, to pick a pair of gemstones that would be working with them, and to lie back and receive the magic healing power of the soothing sounds that Lindsey provided, while the gemstones unlocked parts of thief souls that needed healing.

Today’s healing army 💎✨

I’ve been a bit quiet on social - keeping my head down and doing what I came here to do.

As I’ve stepped deeper and deeper into stone medicine, my heart continues to unfurl its edges to invite these beings of beauty and wonder into it.

It’s such a joy connecting with crystals - understanding their power, hearing their messages. And watching the work we do together. Doing soul work in past lives, healing ancestral wounds, bringing up the things we have stuffed down with so much love that they can actually be seen and acknowledged. All of this, and so much more is what fills me up these days. Connecting on the soul level with myself and everyone who I work with - whether it be in my office, house calls, distance healing work, vending at festivals, and hosting events - they are all done with gemstones and our loving connection at the center.

Sometimes we need to go within. That’s where I’ve been.

Exploring the inner worlds that I know exist within. Connecting with my Lemurian Ancestors and guides, learning from them.

Working on ways we can bring more of the Lemurian ways back to heal this planet and all it’s inhabitants.

Part of my assignment, given to me by my Pleiadian guide, Astara, was to create.

I didn’t know it at the time when I went and picked up a canvas and paints - all I know was that I had this deep desire to create a mandala. So I went to work, with a vision in my mind - dreaming about colors and symbols I wanted to add…

After an automatic writing session, Astara told me that she was the one instructing me. That creating mandalas is a part of my inner work as well as sharing it. She stressed the importance of sharing them. So here is my first creation.

I am honored to be so divinely inspired and connected to spirit. May the mandala spark a light in someone’s heart. 💚🙏🏾💚
