Evil stupid hateful slob Trump DOES deserve prison for all he did, 4 years, a day for every day he tortured us and killed innocent people, starting w/ loosening the requirement that soldiers make sure no civilians would be hurt before firing, which President (I call him that b/c he was elected, even if he used the immoral and illegal means of using his party and donations to seize power, then not free most in jail, as most are in jail for victimless and/or consensual "crimes", which are not only immoral, but illegal. As the 9th Amendment says: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Trump's first crime was really seizing power even though he knew he'd lost in the "popular" vote, and probably knew about my lawsuit in Federal Court to block his inauguration the day before Chief "Justice" Judge Roberts swore him in, even though he knew there were stronger legal arguments for the electoral college being unconstitutional than there were for it being constitutional! I sued Judge Roberts for swearing him in, and Trump for accepting the oath, when they both knew that doing so violated our 14th Amendment protections of equal protection under the law, which must certainly start w/ giving us all an equal vote, but also balanced against protecting our rights fro being trampled on, and literally kidnapping, torturing, and enslaving millions of Americans every year, and causing most of the rest of the crime! Most of which could be prevented if we just have a basic income, build tens of millions of free or almost free housing for people, and guarantee an incredible basic level of living to all, while taxing only those who can really afford to be taxed! We need 4 day workweek, 10-4, Monday-Thursday, although that would be negotiable of course! And $20/hour, for now, as that's still under the poverty level in most jurisdictions I read, and certainly not enough to raise a family on w/ prices these days! We need to forgive medical debt, then go to a single payer (the govt) system that cuts out the business-women and men making profits on the backs of the nurses assistants, nurses, doctors, and chefs and cleaners, all so helpful and all so brave! And all dealing w/ so much pain and loss daily too, as being sick is so hard for those sick and those close to them, can be devastating financially too, it is daily! We need to get everyone in USA + world eating healthy organic vegetables, and for some people oily fish and even eggs and birds! I have a few pounds of beef a year, but likely will stop to help the earth! But once everyone eats safe healthy food and exercises daily, we will stop 2/3 of all deaths at least! Then adding in cleaning up the environment and banning most plastics and all "forever chemicals" and most insecticide use too, killing all life on earth, and fast, when combined w/ modern farming methods stripping earth dry in a few years, esp when combined w/ sucking the underwater seas dry too, for profit! And pumping trillions of gallons into earth to FRACK w/ poisonous chemicals that light on fire when hold lighter next the faucet! Watch on youtube! A crime!! Back to Trump, whose policies caused so much pain, b/c I digressed ! And using $900 Million in taxpayer subsidies, losing millions yearly, one year losing more money than anyone in America, so then using OUR money to get rich enough to pretend to be rich, and a good businessman even though he was just a thief in a suit, often trying to barter people down after they'd supplied him with something! They called him "Spoiled Little Donnie," I hear! It's also obvious he's in ill physical and mental health! Overrun w/ dementia and hate, including of Jews! He called us not real Jews if we didn't support him! How dare he! How dare he! Jews stand f/ democracy, human rights, and justice for all in USA and world, so that's why most hate him, no matter how much he sometimes pretends to love Israelis and ultra-"conservative" Jews, don't believe the act for a second!! Now, would I pardon him and his rioters? First of all, they don't deserve it! They attempted a coup w/ a violent riot almost killing many police, injuring many f/ life, causing many to kill themselves out of regret f/ not doing a better job of protecting the Congress so they could transfer power to the person we elected by over 7 million votes over evil Trump, etc etc etc! But what I have in mind is a prisoner swap: You see, Trump was just convicted of a state crime! And so were the vast majority of the 60 or so million people I want to pardon and the 20 million or so I'd commute, certainly pardon all convicted of unconstitutional victimless and consensual "crimes"! AS Pres Jefferson said, "The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others." Period! Period! And yes, we have human rights to do to our bodies as we wish, including "drugs" (use, own, or sell so others can use or own what they want, to either heal or harm themselves as we choose! period! Yes, I'll enforce our human and constitutional rights and legalize all "drugs" (mostly ppl will start using organic plants and their tinctures, but many in extreme pain will use some synthetics too! But we'll end most sickness and death not only by helping ppl eat healthier and exercise and have safe beautiful living environment, but also build public spaces where people can interract! More parks, more public squares, more public interraction, and even more artists and crafts-ppl! will we also day one re-legalize asking for and paying for an intimate massage, also called "s*x" or "s*xual intimacy" by some! Of course, legalize day 1! Pardon millions, day 1! We will stop the kidnapping/arrest, murders often during arrest, then slavery and torture in jail, starting w/ that being in jail by definition is torture! how it's designed, slave camps, from day 1 of mass arrests, disproportionately of Black and brown ppl, but also of poor people! And yes, we must punish stealing and all violence! But also, even for horrible things people really did, that does not mean they deserve life in jail! Often get the wrong person, so keep that in mind f/ long sentences too! And cause of most gun murders, most murders total, is the drug laws! The "prostitution" laws are just oppressive of women and Trans + LGBTQ but also straight giggalos too! Which didn't look too bad in the Richard Gere movie, as I recall, and I may have to try soon! We shall see! Praying f/ peace! and we must stop this mass torture of sick people, blocking companies from making enough for them, banning doctors from prescribing them enough! It is a lie that the opiates make you more sensitive to pain or even in more pain! The big lie! latest research, a former MD friend told me, shows that chronic intense pain causes more and more! So ppl can need high amounts, up to like 1 gram a day I'm told, of some very strong synthetics!Will discuss more! But we must stop this mass torture leading millions to commit su***de or flee the country, but most kill themselves from the unimaginable pain! Physical or emotional pain! We can hopefully make whole nation and world more of a loving community, but we have to start w/ guaranteeing everyone a job even! And a basic income, as inheritance for being a human, so can benefit from all that we have done as humans, even if you were born with nothing for any reason! Love to you all! And yes, I deeply support the people of Ukraine and their struggle for human rights, but Putin just said he's willing to settle for peace, so it's time to negotiate to stop this war and the r**e and maiming and murder and killing of innocent civilians and brave, yes innocent, Ukranian soldiers and even those Russians forced at gunpoint to fight, and likely Ukranians too now, so we must stop this war this minute, God-willing! And all future wars, if at all possible! And we'll certainly stop all discrimination, including all reverse discrimination called "DEI", just "affirmative action" by another word, which was nothing of the sort! The second we give a high level of equal starting ground to all, which we will do day 1, the second the outcome will mirror the potential, and the whole nation and world will be a joyous loving community! And God forbid any more attacks, we will prevent them! As for immigration, the flow of refugees was created w/ USA's drug war, w/ shooting up peasants and natives and burning and poisoning their crops! Instead of economic development in whole world, and at home too! We need a wealth tax on the richest 1%, if at all possible, but to lower net worths too, say down to $5,000,000 even, but only if we also do away w/ state taxes! All of them, including property tax! Then replace w/ net worth tax, but starting at $5m if we can get the numbers to work! And tax corporations, no matter where they made the money! For the border, I've proposed walls on both borders for about 15 years, make 18, now! But everyone here stays! And we let in 3m / yr, including asylum seekers! Who we have a moral and internationally legal obligation to help too, as long as we believe they are good, loving, wonderful people, like all the immigrants I've met, starting w/ my Great-Grandma Helen, who I was close to until about 30, when she died at 98 1/2 I believe! Oh do I miss her! I'm fighting with Dave, Suzie and Luli to literally save the world, one organic yoga retreat with natural healing herbs at a time! Without arresting one Goddess or Shaman!
