The Grounds is a mentorship program designed to inspire & facilitate young adults into a healthy way of living. We are a highly structured, small intimate program for young men 18-30. We are a 6 month program with our Primary House 1(3 months) and our step down House 2(3 months). The Grounds offers: full clinical services including equine therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, supervised living, life skills education, vocational experience, recreation and outdoor activities, recovery coaching including 12-Step immersion and transition planning. Our smaller size allows us to provide individualized attention and build meaningful relationships as the clients build their new lives. We are known for launching guys back to healthy independent living while focusing on their recovery and clinical programing and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities San Diego provides (surfing, hiking, physical fitness, recovery community, employment) We are great fit for young men coming out of Wilderness Therapy or Primary Treatment
