It is with great sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of our beloved Caregiver, Jasmin (“Jay”) Gil. Jasmin had been part of the Partners family for nearly five years. For those who knew her, she was a bright light—cheerful, warm, and deeply loved by her clients and co-workers. Working on-call, Jasmin was the very definition of a team player. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and deep commitment to those she cared for made her an invaluable member of our team. She brought kindness and joy into every home she entered, and her impact on our Partners family will not be forgotten.

We ask for your support in honoring Jasmin’s memory and helping her family during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference and is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping us celebrate Jasmin’s life and the love she shared with so many.

We are incredibly grateful to Tide & Tone () for choosing our seniors as the recipients of their beautiful Holiday Giving Tree this year. Their kindness means more than words can say.

Many of the seniors we serve ask for the simplest things: chocolates, cozy clothing, warm blankets, and small comforts that bring joy and dignity during the holidays.

Seeing Tide & Tone and their community come together to fulfill these wishes is truly heartwarming. Every ornament taken, every gift given, and every act of generosity helps make the season brighter for someone who needs it.

As we gather around our tables and reflect on what we’re grateful for, we’re especially thankful for the privilege of caring for seniors in our community — both in their homes and in our senior living houses. Every day, we’re welcomed into lives, stories, and moments that mean everything to us.

To the families who place their confidence in us, and to the seniors who allow us to be part of their journey — thank you. It is an honor to provide care, comfort, safety, and companionship, whether in the place they’ve lived for years or in one of our warm, supportive senior living homes.

🍽️ Fresh, Nutritious, and Made with Love! 🌿

At both of our senior living homes, we’re proud to have full-time cooks who prepare fresh, homemade meals every day for our residents. 🥗🍲

They go above and beyond to create dishes that are not only delicious but also nutritious and wholesome, using the best seasonal ingredients. Our weekly menu is packed with hearty, homemade favorites — from pancakes and enchiladas to warm soups and seasonal veggies.

Each week, both homes receive a CSA box brimming with fresh, local vegetables, inspiring our cooks to craft vibrant, healthy meals our residents look forward to. 💚

Because great care starts with great food — and every meal is made with love. ❤️

🌟 Meet Jo – our amazing Recruitment Coordinator/Co-Administrator! 🌟

Jo has been a valuable part of the Partners In Home Care family for 5 years! She started her journey as an in-home caregiver, bringing compassion and dedication to every client she served. Today, she uses that same heart and firsthand experience to recruit the best caregivers for both our in-home care clients and our senior living communities. In addition to recruiting, she oversees daily operations of our Partners in Senior Living homes.

When she’s not connecting with caregivers, Jo is surrounded by her beloved pets — several cats and dogs who keep her busy and happy! 🐾 She dreams of one day owning a self-sustaining farm where she can combine her love for animals and nature. 🌿

We’re so grateful to have Jo on our team — her warmth, experience, and heart make a real difference every day. 💙
