As many of you know I have been traveling back-and-forth to morocco for years.

This restaurant was demolished this morning. Please help our friends rebuild their business.

It is heartbreaking to say that one of the most beautiful places right on the beach, my friends restaurant, La Grotte was demolished today.
It will take some time and money to put it back together and I’m just in complete and utter shock.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the transformation and inspiration that happens.
It take courage to heal. There is so much healing and growth happening, even if it looks and feels like things are falling apart. The old must crumble to build and create something new.
Right now, healing is taking place to support your understanding of the gifts in your experience.
Difficult experiences can often be a fast track path to your desires. Until we recognize subtle imbalances, the best way to clean up outdated beliefs is to have our buttons pushed. Buttons are created by continued attention to unbalanced thoughts, ideas or beliefs.
Every time we are reminded or talk about a hurt, it pushes a button and
re-opens a wound that we are yet to heal. Wounds are created by mental, spiritual or physical trauma.
Poking at them will prolong the healing process. It’s important to leave them alone so balance can be restored and wholeness can return.
Then comes inspired action, through sound healing, meditation, Reiki, Massage Therapy or spending time in nature.
It’s an honor to part of this journey with you. ✨🌈❤️
