"I recently found out that I had a torn rotator cuff. As an extremely active 45 year old, this was not great news. My doctor told me that physical therapy would be ideal and surgery should not have to happen. Initially, I went to a hospital PT office, but it did not feel clean, the hours were very limited, and I did not feel as thought my shoulder was progressing in a positive direction.
