Have you ever thought about hiking a "thru hike" or taking on a challenge that would be both physically and mentally challenging?

This week I had the opportunity to be a guest on a podcast to discuss our 230 mile hike on the John Muir Trail which was very physically and mentally challenging!

This positive visualization technique can boost your motivation, build resilience, and help you stay focused on pursuing your desired outcomes.
