✈️ VACATION CONSTIPATION SALVATION 🙏💩

We need to talk about the vacation struggle nobody mentions... when your digestive system decides to take a vacation too! 😅 You know what I’m talking about - new food, different schedule, travel stress, and suddenly you’re more backed up than airport security!

Here are 10 yoga poses to get things moving again (your gut will thank you later):

1. Cat/Cow - wake up that digestive fire 🔥
2. Twisted Side Angle Pose - compress and release
3. Triangle Twist - deep side body release
4. Malasana + Deep Malasana - the original bathroom position
5. Seated Twist - twist it out, literally 🌀
6. Seated Forward Fold - let gravity help
7. Reclined Knees to Chest - wind relieving pose 💨
8. Halasana (Plough Pose)- inversion magic for digestion

Hold each pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute, breathe deeply, and let your body do its thing! Sometimes we need to move to get moving, if you know what I mean 😉

Pro tip: Do this sequence in the morning with a big glass of water for maximum effectiveness!

Your yoga practice doesn’t need to change your life.

Somewhere along the way, yoga got hijacked by people who turned every sun salutation into a spiritual awakening. Every pose had to unlock trauma. Every breath had to connect you to your “highest self.”

What if we just... moved our bodies?

What if you came because your back hurts from sitting at a desk? What if you stayed because it’s 60 minutes without your phone buzzing? What if the most “spiritual” thing was finally holding tree pose without wobbling?

That’s still yoga. That’s still enough.

You don’t need breakthroughs or tears in child’s pose. You can literally just stretch, breathe, and be present for an hour.

Your hamstrings don’t care about your spiritual journey - they just want to be less tight. Your nervous system doesn’t need cosmic alignment - it just needs to chill out.

Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is keep it simple:
