Your SI joint has been asking for this. Low back ache, hip instability, that one-sided glute pain that won’t quit — this 30-minute slow flow with Carolina was made for exactly that - it’s called SI Joint Rehab.

The SI joint (sacroiliac joint) is where your sacrum — the triangular bone at the base of your spine — connects to your pelvis. You have one on each side. Its job is to absorb shock between your upper body and legs, transfer load when you walk, run, or stand, and keep your pelvis stable. When it gets inflamed, irritated, or simply stops moving the way it should, you feel it as low back pain, hip pain, or that deep aching glute pain that’s hard to pinpoint. It’s one of the most commonly overlooked sources of chronic low back pain.
