Try this flow if you want to feel immediately humbled by your own hamstrings.

Yoga squat with a bind ➡️ seated extended leg. Sounds simple. Spoiler: it’s not.

This requires mobility most of us haven’t had since we were 7 years old and could sleep in a pretzel position without consequences.

Can you do it? Maybe. Should you try anyway? Absolutely. Will you discover exactly where your body says “lol no”? 100%.

Moms carry so much guilt around food—but sometimes it’s not about what’s on the plate, it’s about what we’re modeling.

How we talk about food. How we eat it. How we treat our bodies.

When we focus on real, whole foods, nourishment over restriction, and a positive relationship with eating, our kids are watching. And learning.

We loved this perspective from Coree Jo—how her own relationship with food was shaped early and how that shows up in her life now. It’s a powerful reminder that habits ripple forward.
