Sometimes you just have to remember that everything will be okay. And when you can't, look for those little or sometimes big signs that say it will. 💜

I love working with Parkinson's patients. Yoga not only helps with mobility and the rigidity that can come with Parkinson's. It also reduces anxiety and depression- improving the overall mental wellbeing of patients

A new study suggests a regular yoga practice can reduce Parkinson’s mood symptoms.

As we move toward a new year, I’m not thinking about resolutions… I’m thinking about reflection.

A question I love asking myself is:

“What do I want to feel more of this year?”

Ease
Strength
Peace
Connection
Joy
Clarity
Confidence in my body
More space to breathe

There’s no right answer ~ just listen to what your heart and body are asking for.

If you’d like to reflect, try these:

• What helped me feel most like myself this year?
• Where did I feel supported and where did I feel stretched?
• What is one small thing I want more of in 2026?
• What am I ready to gently let go of?

Take a breath. Slow down. Maybe make tea.

My wish for you: that you feel more at home in yourself this coming year. 💛

Aimee
