Thought I would share this from my business page which gets little of my attention currently.

As we enter into a New Year and people question themselves and their commitment to health, I wonder what separates the different groups of people and their ability to dedicate their time and efforts to wellness, and those who don't...or won't.
What's in a person that gives them the drive to commit to such strict dietary intake and time in the gym?
Are they just obsessed or compelled?
Insecure, and irrational?
I have found that it's a mixed bag, ultimately they all gain in understanding and self control.
They all benefit from the release of hormones released by the brain during physical exertion.
But why does it seem that it's so easy for some?
The answer is, it's not.
We often judge others insides by their outsides.
We are often misled

The feet direct the mind.
Rarely do we find a troubled mind that's directing the feet in the right direction and right action.
You cannot fix your mind with your mind.
Cannot fix yourself with yourself.

It's an all encompassing process: Mind, soul(spirit), and body.
It's the discipline in building good habits that creates and environment where the mind and body are working in synchronicity.
It's the baby steps, fortitude to just show up when we really don't want to, the commitment to something greater than our frail humanness.
It's showing up.
Ready to fight when the opponent looks imposing.
These actions cause reactions which create other positive actions, and so it goes.
But don't fool yourselves, everybody who's ever accomplished anything in life has had to sacrifice and struggle at times to get to where they're at now.
It was never easy.

With that said, as we age, our ability to draw from these wells of willingness and discipline diminish, and unless we have established a healthy routine and experienced the results of dedication and hard work, our abilities to change become daunting and often overwhelming.

Taking amino acids to supplement the mind and body's ability to change is a very real, safe, and effective means of achieving, but even that process demands discipline and commitment.

And in the final analysis; i find that I have matured spiritually, mentally, and intellectually through this process, that it is to be shared in love to encourage the next, and be an example to those devoid of the experience.

Many people don't understand the power that's already at their fingertips, actually many people don't know there is literal power in their fingertips.
So here it is...
God has made everything of Himself and all solutions come through Himself.
The Bible teaches that He made us in the likeness of Himself.
We are perfectly engineered machines.
We are made and programmed to respond to signals that occur in the body, both physically, physiologically and spiritually.
For many years we did not know what these markers were, we simply observed the outcome, we knew the body was doing things internally to create a better external image and production, but we didn't really know what or how?
Today we know and understand a great deal of these synchronous systems and the processes they undergo, but more importantly we know what the catalysts are, and that's what we needed.
Every amino acid serves a very unique purpose, and are vital to our health.
If I'm depressed what is the catalyst to my return to relative normalcy?
Well we know the amino acid L-phenylalanine is the precursor to tyrosine which is before L-Dopa, and of course ultimately Dopamine, a vital neurotransmitter and precursor for hormonal signaling that can cause lethargy and diseases such as Parkinson's, when levels are diminished in the body.
So if we know this, wouldn't we treat that directly with what's already known to the body, from within itself?
Amino acids make up proteins, which include collagen, and are utilized in the creation of all muscle, skin, hair, and connective tissues, responsible for signaling necessary hormones, and even make up a considerable part of the eyes.
They could and should be considered more than slightly important in light of these facts, yet somehow there is very little education and knowledge about such things.

So why then would we treat this condition or any other with a synthetic pill that disrupts the bodies operating system in attempts to tackle this symptom-likely related to a lack of proper nutrition, and at times minor genetic deficiencies in the human body?

My sole mission is to use what has already been given to us, what we are almost entirely made of, to solve the problem within myself, the problems within.
