I was the featured speaker at the “Connect & Collaborate” networking meeting in Carrollwood last night. My talk was titled, “Reinvent Your Life with Ancient Tools of Power.”

I shared my own story of overcoming generalized anxiety disorder. And I shared two of my clients’ stories who overcame big life challenges such as suicidal ideation and family relationship challenges. I shared how Life Activation and Empower Thyself Initiation helps people change the trajectory of their lives.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my life’s mission with a wonderful, heart-centered group of entrepreneurs. Thank you to our hosts, Sonja and Chuck.

What if the missing ingredient for a better life is simply: HOPE.

Most of us could make a choice right now that would change our lives for the better.

So what stops us? Ourselves. Our fear, our doubt, our cynicism.

The antidote is hope. Hope is a propelling force that drives us forward. It provides the fuel to dive headfirst into the unknown, feeling that we are safe and protected.

Hope allows us to take risks, not knowing the exact outcome, but trusting that our efforts to build a better life will be fruitful.
