It’s time again for the Nature Unplugged 28 Day Digital Detox Challenge!

Each May we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by resetting our relationship with technology and reconnecting with nature to promote mental health and well-being.

The Nature Unplugged 28 Day Challenge was designed to help you regain control of the technology in your life, reconnect with nature, and drastically improve your mental and physical health. This challenge is not for the faint of heart and isn’t to be taken lightly. If you’re ready to make some serious changes, let’s begin!

PLUS—If you join us from May 1 - 28 and complete the pre and post challenge surveys, you'll be eligible to win 2 tickets the 2025 Fjallraven USA Classic, a sold out 3 day backpacking trip in Colorado this July!

HOW IT WORKS:

If you’re ready to make some serious changes, here's how the 28 Day Digital Detox Challenge works:

- Register ($25) and commit to the challenge.

- Complete this short pre-challenge survey by May 1, 2025 (takes approximately 3 minutes).

Another amazing Hike-A-Thon in the books! Thank you so much to everyone who got out on the trials and participated this October. We are so grateful for y’all. We collectively hiked more than 210,000. That’s about 8 and a half trips around the equator! We also collectively raised over $80,000 to support preventative mental health programs around the U.S. and Canada. 🌿🥾
