Recharge & Reset

I’m so excited to be partnering with Bonnie Graham and her community Life after Burnout to host a truly special experiential workshop.

We’ll be gathering under a tree that, the first time I saw it, I could literally feel its powerful, healing energy. It felt like the perfect place to pause, breathe, and reset together.

This workshop is happening right after daylight savings so let’s make the most of that extra sunlight and come together to recharge our nervous systems, learn simple tools to support our energy, and experience breath work as a community.

Meet your Coach.

I’m Jayci, and a lot has shifted since I first introduced myself here almost two years ago. I cut off my hair, stepped into public speaking despite the fear, changed neighborhoods, and realized that doing everything alone was never the goal, even if independence felt like the default for so long. The constant has been my belief that health should feel accessible, simple, and genuinely enjoyable.

I’m a Health and Nutrition Educator and a Certified Health Coach. My public health background shapes my approach to wellbeing through prevention first, which means focusing on the habits and choices that protect your energy, your peace, and your body before burnout ever takes hold. I’m not interested in fad diets or wellness trends that leave you feeling like you’re behind. I care about the mindset shifts, the nourishing meals, the movement that fits your real life, and the connection to self that makes all of it sustainable.

Connected Life was created from a truth I saw over and over again: when we’re disconnected from ourselves and the things that light us up, even our healthiest intentions start to feel heavy. A Connected Life means having a strong relationship with yourself, making wellbeing feel doable, and being supported by people and environments that make it easier to stay consistent without losing your joy in the process.

I’m still in the garden, still taking Joni on walks, and still traveling solo, and now I’m building from a more grounded place that centers purpose, nourishment, connection, gratitude, and a life that feels like yours, not one you’re trying to survive through. There’s something so powerful about stepping into a new chapter with clarity instead of pressure, curiosity instead of comparison, and intention instead of exhaustion.

I’m excited for 2026, not because it promises perfection, but because it invites us to reconnect in ways that nourish our soul. If you’ve been craving a version of health that feels good, sustainable, and supported, you’re already in the right room.

Just like a cozy blanket and a warm cup of tea on a fall day, routines give us comfort and familiarity. They’re little anchors that help us feel grounded, calm, and safe, even when life feels overwhelming.

We’ll explore how supportive routines, reparenting, and self-coaching can bring that same cozy sense of safety into our everyday lives.

Most of us don’t have a time problem…..we have a management problem. When you learn to master your time, you get to create space for what matters most. That might mean finishing your workday without that buzzing in your brain, or finally having the energy to make dinner, move your body, or actually enjoy your evening.

Time management isn’t about squeezing more into your day. It’s about slowing the pace so you can be intentional with your energy. When you protect your time, you protect your peace.
