This is what I used to do everyday after school . Knock on my friend’s doors and asked them to come and play. It’s clear we lose this sense of adventure as adults but we don’t have to lose it completely.

This month’s recharge room is a chance to process burnout through play. We will be doing silly stretches, inner child meditation, and discovering your play personality.
