"Grandma how do you deal with pain?""With your hands, dear. When you do it with your mind, the pain hardens even more."“With your hands, grandma?"
"Yes, yes. Our hands are the antennas of our Soul. When you move them by sewing, cooking, painting, touching the earth or sinking them into the earth, they send signals of caring to the deepest part of you and your Soul calms down. This way she doesn't have to send pain anymore to show it.
"Are hands really that important?"
"Yes my girl. Think of babies: they get to know the world thanks to their touch.
When you look at the hands of older people, they tell more about their lives than any other part of the body.
Everything that is made by hand, so it is said, is made with the heart because it really is like this: hands and heart are connected.
Think of lovers: When their hands touch, they love each other in the most sublime way."
"My hands grandma... how long since I used them like that!"
"Move them my love, start creating with them and everything in you will move.
The pain will not pass away. But it will be the best masterpiece. And it won't hurt as much anymore, because you managed to embroider your Essence.

The Ripple Effect
In a world of eight billion people, it’s easy to believe that the only way to initiate profound transformation is to take extreme action. Each of us, however, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. Everything we do and think affects the people in our lives, and their reactions in turn affect others. As the effect of a seemingly insignificant word passes from person to person, its impact grows and can become a source of great joy, inspiration, anxiety, or pain. Your thoughts and actions are like stones dropped into still waters, causing ripples to spread and expand as they move outward. The impact you have on the world is greater than you could ever imagine, and the choices you make can have far-reaching consequences. You can use the ripple effect to make a positive difference and spread waves of kindness that will wash over the world.

The recipient of a good deed will likely feel compelled to do a good deed for someone else. Someone feeling the effects of negative energy will be more likely to pass on that negative energy. One act of charity, one thoughtful deed, or even one positive thought can pass from individual to individual, sn*******ng until it becomes a group movement or the ray of hope that saves someone’s life. Every transformation, just like every ripple, has a point of origin. You must believe in your ability to be that point of origin if you want to use the ripples you create to spread goodness. Consider the effect of your thoughts and actions, and try to act graciously as much as possible.

A smile directed at a stranger, a compliment given to a friend, an attitude of laughter, or a thoughtful gesture can send ripples that spread among your loved ones and associates out into your community and throughout the world. You have the power to touch the lives of everyone you come into contact with and everyone those people come into contact with. The momentum of your influence will grow as your ripples move onward and outward. One of those ripples could become a tidal wave of love and kindness.

DAILY OM
INSPIRATION

Fascia Freedom
By taking care of our fascia, we have the power to experience a full-body awakening.
Fascia, often described as the body's "living matrix," is the connective tissue that interweaves throughout our muscles, organs, bones, and nerves, shaping our body's form and function. Like an intricate tapestry, it supports every part of our body, influencing our mobility, flexibility, posture, and overall health.

Just as we nourish our bodies with wholesome food and regular exercise, caring for our fascia requires attention and intention. Practices such as myofascial release, foam rolling, yoga, and bodywork can help maintain the suppleness and elasticity of our fascia, preventing tightness, injury, and pain. Through these practices, we encourage circulation, improve mobility, and promote the body's innate ability to heal and regenerate.

Beyond its physical impact, our fascia also affects our mental well-being, serving as a repository of past experiences, traumas, and emotions. Through practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic movement, we can let go of what no longer serves us. This release can create a profound sense of lightness, emotional freedom, and healing catharsis.

A simple exercise to support your fascia is a shoulder roll: Stand or sit comfortably with your spine aligned and shoulders relaxed. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, gently raise both shoulders toward your ears. Hold the tension for a moment, feeling the stretch in your upper back and shoulders. Slowly roll your shoulders back and down in a smooth motion as you inhale, opening up your chest. Repeat this movement as needed, coordinating it with your breath, and creating a fluid, mindful motion.

Enhance your health on a deeper level through your fascia — and experience a full-body awakening.
