Watch out for those thoughts, they’ll getcha! We have reoccurring thoughts 💭 that often are not even our own 👁
Becoming the best version of yourself involves reprogramming your mind to not fall for addictive thought patterns that might’ve been implanted from your childhood, your upbringing or society👀
That negative self talk or story that you have on repeat, where did that come from? Not an easy task, but an important one if you want to take command of your mind, therefore life!👩🏻🎤
Meditation and journaling are great tools that I’ve used to help me see my thoughts for what they are and give them an big ole kick in the ass. Not to say I’m never negative, but I am able to recognize and climb out of the monkey brain trap much quicker with these tools!
