We liked Tom's style. We are very picky when it comes to realtors. We need someone who is not pushy, but available and takes care of important details. Tom performed ideally to meet our preferences. He gave us as much space and time as we needed, but when it came to action, he was precise and competent. Since the market was not in our favor, it was important to put right amount of pressure on the seller and he did that gracefully. We didn't waste our time and effort and got the house we liked on the second try. (The first one we didn't get). Also, Tom's energy is right. He is not overcommitted and is exceptionally smart and sharp when it comes to business. He guided the process all the way and made sure we don't loose or waste money before, during and after the purchase. There are plenty of ways to loose money and he took a nice care of guiding us through the process. Yet, we had to keep an eye on the documents, since the loan company and the escro company made plenty of mistakes, so we had to move the signing and the move for a few days. This was a bit stressful, but we managed. Tom was very helpful at all these decisions.
