In celebration of Thanksgiving tomorrow, I want to take a moment to share a bit of gratitude for this amazing dog — our sweet, goofy, lovable Leenie. On March 13th this year, we scooped up this beautiful girl from Chula Vista Animal Services as a foster through Lionel's Legacy Senior Dog Rescue. She quickly snuggled her way right into our hearts, bringing laughter back into our mornings and joy into every single day. She’s gotten us outside more, reminded us to slow down, and shown us just how much love one dog can give. If you missed it, we officially adopted Leenie in June, and it’s easily one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

Breckenridge in autumn has a way of settling right into your soul — the bright aspens, crisp mountain air, and soft light that feels like pure magic. It’s truly one of our favorite places on earth. 🍂✨

While we were there, we met up with Jake and Henry, two incredibly handsome boys who brought all the charm to their mountain-adventure portrait session. This image quickly became a shared favorite and now it lives five feet wide in gleaming metal above their fireplace… a daily reminder of a perfect fall day in the mountains. 🏔️💛

Every image is edited with the same care I give my commercial work — because you and your pup deserve nothing less!

Doggie eye goobers, stray hairs, and anything out of place? Polished right up. But what about YOU? I know stepping in front of the camera with your dog can feel intimidating, but I promise you’ll look just as amazing as your picture-perfect pup.

I’ll guide your pose, your angles, and your posture (you’ll hear “sit up straight” about 12,367 times during our shoot!) — and I’ll also help boost your confidence by smoothing out the little things you might not love about yourself:

Double chin? Gone.

Squishy arm? Unsquished.

Flyaway hairs? Flew the coop.

Blemishes or uneven skin tone? Smoothed right out.

Listen, I truly believe every single one of my clients is beautiful exactly as they are — but we all have little things we’re self-conscious about (hi, it’s me 👋). My goal is for your photos to reflect how you see yourself: joyful, confident, and full of love.

This moment with Summer and her mom was pure magic. When I saw that perfect ooey gooey golden light sparkling over the hillside, I yelled, “hurrrrrry!!!!!!” to get everyone in place. The sunshine only lasted a minute but that was all we needed. 💛🐾

Our hearts are bursting! 💛 We just wrapped up five incredible months of shooting for Earth Animal as part of our 2025 Great American Road Trip and couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to create such special marketing images for them this year.

This image is a throwback to our very first shoot for Earth Animal with the sweetest duo — Skai and her mom! ✨

These two were pure magic! They shared the most genuine moments in the ooey-gooey golden sunshine. Paired with the peaceful trail vibes, our whole shoot felt straight out of a dream. Skai modeled Earth Animal’s Herbal Flea & Tick Collar (which smells SO good, like a little essential oil spa day!) and was such a soft, gentle, and perfectly polite pup. Total naturals, the both of them. 🌞🐶

We’re so grateful to Earth Animal for trusting us to help tell their story — and to Skai and her mom for being such an incredible part of it!
