Oh how we’ve grown 🥹 this is the WHY behind why we do what we do 🤍 our most important goal with soma is build a community and safe space where all can feel welcome, appreciated, and valued.

this year we served the north county/san diego county area with support groups once a month, a virtual group every week, and events throughout the year where people can meet likeminded individuals, enjoy music, self expression, holistic modalities without the pressures of alcohol.

🌟served a local school administration with self care
🌟house of soma: 2-day music, wellness, and arts festival
🌟soma sounds: local live music/conscious gatherings

As healers, at times we can neglect our own needs spiritually in pursuit of helping others. It’s important to check in regularly and ask if we’re regularly filling up our cup. If the answer is no, taking the time and space necessary is the best step you can take for yourself and others. 🌼✨🔮🧚🏽‍♀️

The many faces of House Of Soma! 🦋🌷🌟 I love you all so much!!! I can’t believe it’s been two months!!! Two months ago we hosted a 2-day music festival out in Jamul! We are so blessed and grateful for all the beautiful souls who came to support this journey. There’s so many special people who came together for this, those pictured and even more! THANK YOU ALL! Can’t wait for next year, I miss the House Of Soma fam a little extra today! 💘 thank you for capturing these wonderful moments!

Your donations keep us going! ✨ donations go towards offering low cost or free holistic, integrative services to those in recovery. It allows us to host support groups and workshops.
