In with the New In with the New provides services that help bring about Self-Awareness & Self-Healing. Contact Alexa Sessions are typically an hour long and are $80/session.

A few years ago I (Alexandra Roehr) discovered the amazing results of positive Self-Healing. Since that time, I have dedicated my Life Path to helping others discover their ability to Self-Heal. In my practice, I specifically use and teach the modalities of Theta Healing & Reiki. Theta Healing is an amazing meditation/visualization modality that allows you to shift negative thoughts and beliefs, allowing room for a more positive version of your self. Through the connection with Earth & Universal Energy, you are able to access your Sub-conscious, in order to manifest profound changes in your life. Reiki is also a great modality to bring about Healing Energy to all aspects of your life.
