When days become repetitive, and you start to feel discouraged with what exactly youβre doing.
Donβt forget that this is a sign to recalibrate yourself. Ensure you have your sights appropriately set: One ultimate focus helps when things become chaotic, confusing, and discouraging.
One focus is all you need to find the purpose in even the most mundane tasks. Because at the end of the day, how you do one thing is how you do all things:
If you can accomplish the most minor, perspectively pointless tasks.. then imagine what will be achieved when you find yourself in the position where itβs viable, meaningful, life-changing.
Excel in the boring, and youβll excel in the imperative. Itβs harder said than done, but youβve got this.
With that being said, MADMOβs refocusing on the veteran anti-suicide movement we were first inspired to share.
We never forget why we started. We are always attempting to share our essential values to a happy life: community, service, and growth.
Our Sea Hugger collaborative beach cleanups have been growing and picking up momentum, so if you found MADMO through these community events and this aligns with your purpose more than our veteran anti-suicide content, then follow for all the environmental goodness.
We will always encourage our fellow veterans to come to our beach cleanups to gain community service hours. COMREL is helpful in both your EVALS and personal growth. Get familiar with your community, so you never feel alone because you are not.
We encourage service members and their families to pursue COMREL activities to boost mental health positivity and participate in healthy activities outside of the military work environment.
