What is your strongest psychic ability?

This video is from an early morning reading I had remotely today for a lady who showed an interest in a quick reading. We found that she was an Empath and Claircognizant.

Empath isn't a person with empathy. Empath takes on other people's emotions and feelings as if they are their own. It can be draining and exhausting not to know which emotion is yours and which belongs to someone else.

Knowing that you are an empath and create energetic boundaries will help.

Today's meditation theme is to breathe in PRIDE and breathe out EGO. When you inhale, imagine you take in pride, and let out your ego when you exhale with your sincere thanks to the Ego that served you in the past.
There is a lot more " In and Out" combination like simply breathing in Present and breathing out Past, or breathing in Self--love and breathing out Self-doubt.
