Peach Crumble 🍑🥧

Didn’t measure anything, but here’s an approximation in case you want to replicate! 👩‍🍳

✔️Bowl full of sliced Peaches 🍑
✔️1 Tbsp coconut flour
✔️6 walnut halves
✔️Cinnamon
✔️Generous drizzle of raw honey 🍯

I generally cook the peaches, coconut flour, walnut & cinnamon mixture till bubbling hot, and then, when it has cooled down a fair amount, I add the honey!

Only found one teeny tiny worm in the slicing of the peaches! 🤢 🐛

Crispy Roasted Cauliflower 🍴 There are so many delicious food options when it comes to cauliflower! No need to eat it raw or steamed. Roasting veggies brings out their natural sugars and enhances flavor! I like to cook in big batches when it comes to roasting veggies. I usually chop up four heads of cauliflower at a time and spread them onto three foil lined baking sheets (placing one baking sheet on each oven rack). I used Avocado oil spray and a generous amount of Everything Bagel Seasoning to coat the cauliflower. Preheat the oven to 425 F and bake until slightly blackened, generally about an hour. Enjoy!!

⭐️Add fat (nuts, avocado, eggs, olives)

Food doesn’t have to be complicated. Ditch the dogma, forget about the “plan” & just do what works for YOU & YOUR BODY. Honestly. It’s that simple! Nourish yourself with mostly whole foods and give yourself what you’re craving. I had this simple salad, and then, throughout the afternoon, enjoyed a HUGE white chocolate bar. Not an everyday thing, but it was my birthday & it was a special gift & I enjoyed it!
