Hello Beautiful Beings!

When you look back on your life, pay attention to your thoughts.

Are they with rose colored glasses or is it extremely self critical?

Of course, all of us have made mistakes.

Do we keep dwelling on these mistakes or do we learn from it and move on?

If your self talk is berating or critical…like that a broken record, how does it make you feel?

Do you think this is then manifested in your exterior world? Yes! You will find that you will continue to live in this frequency unless you can break this pattern.

The vibration that you are sending out is the same lower frequency.

How to break this cycle? Like any habit, consistency… pay attention to your thoughts. For every negative thought which comes to mind, find a higher vibe thought. Then write it down.

Over time, you will have a list to refer to… keep looking at this list of positive aspects of yourself.
