I send out Daily Calms to our tribe and thought you might enjoy a few...
Today's calm energy comes in the form of your IMAGINATION..
..imagination is a higher faculty of your mind.
We were really good using it when we were kids, then at some point in time (probably school) someone knocked us out of our natural gift of calm and manifesting.
Try this☞
Close your eyes. Breathe.
Bring into your mind an image of a peaceful place for you. See yourself right in the middle of it. 🧘🏻♀️
Be there for at least 60 seconds.
Exhale.
You're set for your day. (And, you can come back to this when you need to calm on down.)
