EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) provides accelerated learning and deep personal transformation by activating left and right brain hemispheres via bilateral eye movements while briefly focusing on a distressing memory. Unprocessed distressing memories are often the source of anxiety and depression. EMDR processes these memories freeing you from stored distress.
