Each session is tailored to your body's specific needs. I use manual therapy bodywork to loosen and restore balance to tight and weak muscles. Then we strengthen weak muscles with Pilates, Gyrotonic and optimal biomechanical exercises to keep your body balanced. You'll leave with exercises in hand, a sense of ease, balance and most importantly, knowing how to best support, train and align your body from the inside out.
