Tight hip flexors. One of the main muscle groups, the quadriceps muscles, are considered to be part of the hip flexor group. This muscle is under extreme stress during the lunge and is often tight from sitting in a chair or car. Lindsey is using one of the domes of .official to target this group by resting on her stomach and placing it below her hip bone. This lets her find the pressure that works best for her to β€œunlatch” the muscle and open up her hips. To further the stretch she has bent her knee for a slight pin and stretch.
