I am abundantly grateful to be in Cali “you don’t know what you got til it’s gone” where love is everything… THE greatest of these!!
Where you are loved, LIVE! Appreciate and celebrate it. It’s not a commodity, it’s a privilege.
And if you can’t identify those spaces where you are loved, know you are deeply, highly, widely loved by an AMAZING God and Son who came to give you abundant life!! And because of that you have a host of people to whom you belong and love you!

This gave me so much joy this morning!!! I’m talking that kid joy, the Saturday morning no school so I can watch Smurfs and eat a bowl of Twix then drink the milk joy!!! It’s the little things that remind me of how beautiful creation is and how fantabulously-mazing Elohim is! 🥰🥰🥰 I pray this same joy be yours Today and always 😘

So the story goes…

Once, an energetic dancer had
Severe anemia
Fainting
Fatigue
A couple surgeries
5 Blood transfusions
Eventually a hysterectomy
Then,
Increased QOL
Dancing
Running
5k
Mud Girl
And now…first 10k!! ✅

Blessed to be in this body, pushing it to do what it once could not.
Beyond grateful 🥹 🙌🏽🫶🏽

I was hesitant to post this new read because the title looks “thirsty” 🤤😃 but SPOILER ALERT 🚨: “The One” is actually YOU - at least that’s my interpretation.

Being on this journey of life there are texts that have stood as monuments in my life. This is one. As a relationship-focused clinician, this book hones in on the importance of love and relationship that is foundational to the human experience.

The activities are work 😅 in the MOST BEAUTIFUL of ways. We never waste time or fail to experience results when we love from the inside out. We always win!

As a therapist, I spend hours and years with others helping them explore their relationships within various systems. Just like any other relationship, how we relate to money starts with what we tell ourselves about it. And the psychological impact can put clients in financial distress, consequently impacting how we show up with family, friends, work, etc.

Despite learning all the methods like budgeting, saving, investing, etc. They can still remain stuck. Behaviors are based on how they learned about and continue to view money.
