We are ready to celebrate 4th of July with some of our favorite brands! All of these goodies are also great to bring along to a 4th of July BBQ!

We have something for the grill & the kiddos with Sweet Potato Crunchy Burgers & Broccoli Littles! Something to snack on with Cotton Candy & White Cheddar popcorn. Something sweet to enjoy with mochi Mango & Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream. Of course no party is complete without paper plates & cups! And if you need something to munch on while party prepping, we also have nutritional to hold you over until party time!

Keto Jalapeño Popper Bites 🌶
Hit that save button! You can’t go wrong these low carb jalapeño poppers! Serve them at your next summer bbq or as an appetizer for your next game day!
To make the dip, follow the easy steps below 👇🏼
In a large bowl combine; 2 cup of cream cheese (softened), 1/2 cup of sour cream, 5 fresh jalapeños (diced), 1 1/2 cup of turkey bacon (diced), 2 Tbsp garlic powder, 2 Tsp salt & pepper. Mix until combined. Refrigerate for an hour & then garnish with parsley before serving.
Serve the dip on fathead dough mini cups to keep it keto! If you don’t know how to make fathead dough, send me a DM & I’ll walk you through it. You can also serve the dip with carrots, celery, cucumbers or chips! However you decide to serve it, it will be a hit!

Watermelon Feta Salad 🍉
One of my favorite summer salads to make is this watermelon, feta cheese & mint salad. It’s refreshing, super simple to make & your guests will love it!
In a bowl combine 1 medium sized watermelon (diced), 1/2 cup of feta cheese & 15 mint leaves (diced). Squeeze half a lemon over the salad, then toss and refrigerated for at least 10 minutes & serve!
Try out this fresh take on a salad this summer!

MDW mini cheesecakes 🇺🇸
These mini cheesecakes will be a the star of your Memorial Day spread. I used greek yogurt to make them healthier & jams to make them festive! Check out their strawberry daiquiri & blueberry bourbon jam to make some of your own! Make sure to save this easy recipe!
Start by preheating your oven to 325°. Line a muffin tin with paper cups or grease well. Then make your crust by combing 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs & 4 Tbsp of butter. Mix well & then place about 2 Tbsp of the crumbs on the bottom of each muffin. Next bake the crust for 5 minutes & let it cool.
To make the filling; add 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese (room temperature) & 1 cup of coconut sugar to a food processor & mix until smooth (1-2 minutes). Next add in 3 eggs, 2 Tsp of vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon & salt. Mix until batter is smooth (1-2 minutes). Then place 1/3 cup of filling on top of the cooled crust. Once each muffin cup is filled you’re going to swirl about 1/2 tsp of strawberry or blueberry jam on top of the cheesecakes. Warm up the jam before swirling in though either on the stovetop (1 minute) or in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then use a toothpick to swirl the jam into the cakes. Throw them in the oven for 20 minutes or until the crust are golden brown. Let them cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin, and then refrigerate for an additional hour before serving.
