Hi, I'm Kim, and I help women with high blood pressure exercise safely and confidently without fear of dangerous spikes or cardiovascular events. My Story
My journey into blood pressure specialization began with heartbreak. After losing my mom far too young to a sudden aortic tear, I left traditional fitness coaching to work as a medical assistant in a cardiology office. There, I witnessed how heart disease silently devastates women – and how most weren't given practical tools to fight back. The wake-up call came when my own bloodwork revealed I was at high risk for heart disease despite being healthy and active. That diagnosis sent me into deep research mode, where I discovered that high blood pressure is the leading cause of heart disease in women. But here's what shocked me most: the fitness industry largely ignores hypertension. Most programs are designed for healthy populations, leaving women with high blood pressure to choose between being sedentary (dangerous) or exercising without proper guidance (also dangerous). Method
