Foods can be delicious and health promoting, it just depends on WHAT you pair them with, HOW MUCH and HOW OFTEN you’re eating them!!
For example: I literally will have a serving of captain crunch with some nuts to get in my iron for the day!
Any nutrition influencer you see eating a narrow range of foods or only foods that appear “healthy” should put up a red flag.
It’s likely this person doesn’t understand nutrition fully enough to enjoy their life.
