Foods can be delicious and health promoting, it just depends on WHAT you pair them with, HOW MUCH and HOW OFTEN you’re eating them!!

For example: I literally will have a serving of captain crunch with some nuts to get in my iron for the day!

Any nutrition influencer you see eating a narrow range of foods or only foods that appear “healthy” should put up a red flag.

It’s likely this person doesn’t understand nutrition fully enough to enjoy their life.

Bagels, white rice, chips, pasta… these are all foods that diet culture tells us are “bad” for us, but in reality they are full of nutrients that nourish our bodies.

Struggling with what foods you should eat every day and what foods you should eat less often? 👇

This is something I work on a lot with my clients. How often we can realistically eat certain foods to promote long-term health and not get an excess of certain nutrients.

You don’t need to eat cauliflower rice or chia pudding to be healthy!!

The process of itself is inherently flawed, because our bodies have tons of mechanisms that want to keep us alive.

So we restrict, lose weight, then gain the weight back.
