Stuck waiting for perfect?
It’s easy to feel like change has to be big, flawless, or complete before it “counts.”
But healing—and life—don’t work that way.
Sometimes it’s not about perfect.
It’s about movement.
It’s about finding your “somewhere.”
In therapy, we focus on small, doable steps—because even tiny progress builds momentum.
And over time, that’s where growth happens.
Change doesn’t need to be perfect to matter.
Somewhere is always better than nowhere.
