I just returned from an intensive retreat in Florida that was truly life-changing and inspirational.

💥3 Quick Desk Stretches for Busy Professionals! 💥

On average, many professionals spend over 40 hours a week sitting at desks, glued to computers, or stuck in traffic. This sedentary lifestyle can lead to tight muscles and imbalances that affect our posture and overall health.

Sitting for prolonged periods is one of the worst things we can do for our bodies. It can contribute to discomfort, stiffness, and even chronic pain. That’s why it’s crucial to incorporate regular movement into our day!

Feeling tight after hours at your desk? Try these three stretches to recharge and refresh your body! 💪

1. Neck Stretch: Tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds on each side. Bye-bye, neck tension! 🙌

2. Lat Stretch: Raise one arm overhead and lean to the opposite side. Feel that stretch through your side! Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides.

3. Knee/Hip Flexor Stretch: Sit up straight and grab one knee and pull it towards your chest. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch legs.

🌟 My Daily Gratitude Practice 🌟

Continuing from my last post, I want to share my daily gratitude practice with all of you. My current coach reminds me that we all have a recipe for success and a recipe for failure, built from the small actions we take each day. Here’s how I like to start my day strong:

1. **List 10 Things I’m Grateful For**: Even when life isn’t going as planned, this practice helps rewire my unconscious mind to attract the things I want to achieve.

2. **Write 3 Things That Will Make Today a Success**: Focusing on these key actions helps me stay aligned with my goals.

3. **Set a Goal for the Next 30, 60, or 90 Days**: I write this goal down 10 times, celebrating as if it has already happened. Remember, our unconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination!
