🌟 Eye Palming: A Simple Way to Relax & Rejuvenate Eyes 🌟

Feeling eye strain from too much screen time? Eyes feeling dry and tired? Try eye palming—a quick and easy technique to refresh eyes and improve dry eye symptoms. I have seen some magic happen and vision improve with consistent use so here's how:

1️⃣ Find a Comfortable Spot: Sit at a desk or chair.
2️⃣ Warm Your Hands: Rub your palms together until they feel warm.
3️⃣ Cover Your Eyes:
🔸 Close your eyes and gently place your warm palms over them.
🔸 Avoid pressing on your eyes—your palms should just cup them lightly.
4️⃣ Relax and Breathe:
🔸 Take slow, deep breaths.
🔸 Visualize calming darkness or a peaceful image.
5️⃣ Hold 10-15 Minutes: Let your eyes fully relax. Lids closed behind palms. If you have time try 15-20 mins twice a day...the more the better.
6️⃣ Release Slowly: Open your eyes and ease back into your day.

✨ Make this a part of your daily routine for healthier, happier eyes! ✨

This quick video demonstrates the proper way to palm. I like to turn my palms a bit with my pinky and ring fingers crossing over my forehead and then it seems like I get a better seal around my eyes.

Recently I visited New York City for five days—without all the eye care baggage I normally carry. For someone who has struggled with severe dry eyes, this trip was a BIG DEAL.
Historically, I packed everything: every eye drop I’ve ever used, my autologous serum (in a thermos!), goggles—because you never know how a new environment will affect you. But this time? All I packed was my iTEAR and some saline drops.
Here’s the transformation:
💧 I’ve gone from needing drops every 10 minutes just to function to relying on my iTEAR.
💧 I ditched my autologous serum months ago.
💧 On the plane? No drops, no goggles, just used my iTEAR a couple of times—and I was good to go.
💧 Even at the airport, where I felt a little self-conscious using it, no one batted an eye.
If I could recommend one thing to fellow dry eye sufferers, it’s this: The iTEAR100 has been a life-changer.
Not only did this trip help me feel brave, but I hope it inspires others to explore solutions that might transform their comfort too.
Oh, and NYC? I love you. But not as much as I love my iTEAR. 😉
