was not only a friend of IDEA® Health & Fitness Association, but a true pioneer and legend in the health & fitness industry. It took us a few days to dig up an old memory of his acceptance of the 1997 Lifetime Achievement Award.
It's possible that many of you who just joined us for 2024 IDEA® World saw his images on the 80's, 90's, and 00's pop-up. Richard is an icon and will always be remembered for his contagious energy and joyful spirit.
