This is what works for me:
1. Spirit - read and reflect on the Word of God - every day 4:30am! 🔥
2. Body - run 🏃🏼‍♀️ w my husband every week day morning 5:00am, hike Saturdays for our outdoor moo dates, strength training 3 x/wk, yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ 2-3 classes per week + daily 10-15 min- EVERY Day before bed. 🛌
3. Heart ♥️- reframe my thoughts towards positive and constructive outlook, time w my husband, send supportive and encouraging messages to friends and loved ones every day, give lots of hugs 🤗! ❤️❤️❤️

Deeply grateful 🥲 for this truly LIFE altering Smile Transformation Journey! ❤️‍🩹

Going through traumatic life experiences like using your teenage son to unexplainable accident can leave anyone resigned 😑, depressed 😔 and not committed to their personal health and wellbeing.😭🥲😭
•
This amazing father who went through the hardest and the most heartbreaking 💔 experience of being a parent, which is losing your only son, had let his smile go until he met Dr. Elona and his life took a dramatic turn for the better.

Being able to work together with our periodontal surgeon Dr. Steve is the most valuable gift. 🎁

This Smile Transformation took 18 months, unfortunately all upper teeth 🦷 were not restorable.

A smile is really a body system that is designed for chewing- it has to absorb force and be able to mange force correctly. This body system by original design of the Creator of all things has to observe principles of engineering , physics and math. 🧮

When we design smiles we bring back to the integrity what has been broken and damaged. If a smile looks unattractive- the chewing system is not working, one or several elements that comprise that system are out of integrity with their original design.

Natural and life like is our specialty- undetectable! ✨
Having short or narrow lateral incisors ( 2 side teeth to the sides of the 2 very front upper teeth) is very common! 😍😱😍
•
Just try to notice- it’s almost 😅 EVERYONE!
3 main instances where it’s very predictable to correct :
1. Too much gum tissue covering the teeth so they appear smaller
2. Extra spacing ( gaps)
3. Teeth appearing darker than adjacent
•
3 main reasons why teeth appear that way:
1. They did not erupt correctly, leaving excess gum on the teeth
2. Teeth did not form well
3. Teeth experienced impact trauma or orthodontics movement

In this verse God tells us to center all of our work and what we choose to dedicate our lives to on the truth of His Word .

As we seek God’s presence and His will through divine revelation of the Word and DO what God asks of us, we will be granted success in our endeavors. Seek to make a difference, do somewhat that truly matters, be a true leader and be a person of great influence and significant impact.

For me it is working w survivors of human trafficking in San Diego and restoring their smiles. Inspire Changes- a non profit dedicated to that effort was birthed into existence out of obedience to God and His direction. Every day I feel like I AM being the light and I am being a healer. I KNOW that in order to give at the level we have been and seek to, I MUST BE ELITE in all areas. Giving is only accomplished from having, having comes with a LOT of work and a huge investment. 💪🏻😓💪🏻
