Welcome! I’m Ily Scelia — a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, writer, speaker, and devoted mother of five. I offer intuitive Reiki sessions, immersive sound bath meditations, therapeutic massage, and soul-nourishing ceremonies from my sacred healing space in the Poconos, PA. ✨ Last week I had the honor of guiding a private sound bath in the Poconos and it reminded me why I do this work.

To me, these sessions are more than relaxation. They’re an opportunity to step outside the wheel of the day-to-day grind and remember what our souls already know: we are part of nature, part of the greater rhythm that has always held us. 🌿🍂

For centuries, humankind has gathered, around the fire, through ritual, in circles of community—to tell stories, to share energy, to mark the seasons of life. Sacred ceremony is in our bones. And my deepest desire is to help bring these traditions back into modern day, spaces where we can gather, pause, release, and reconnect.

Private sound baths, ceremonies, and sessions allow that energy to come alive in such a personal way. To sit in circle, to open, to remember, and to be reminded of the beauty that’s always within us and around us.

🎶✨ This past weekend I had the joy of attending Jazz Fest in the Gap—and what an incredible experience it was!

On Sunday, I joined the radiant , whose setup was pure magic. Her skincare line is more than products—it’s medicine for your skin, and it smells like an absolute dream. 🌸✨

The space was made even more beautiful by with and Luisella, who offered deeply nourishing massage services. Together, they created a haven of self-care and beauty right in the middle of the jazz-filled vibes.

The music, the people, the atmosphere—it all felt alive and connected. For my first year attending and Fawns first year as a vendor, I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, soulful experience. 💛

So grateful to for inviting me into your space and for the gift of community you cultivate so effortlessly. Here’s to many more! 🥂
