It was 3 weeks of celebrating 30 and I’m so grateful for all those who reflected so much love, friendship, and appreciation toward me during these weeks.

From visiting family in Florida

To blasting asses in Vegas

All the way to the beach by my home with friends (too many to tag 🥰🩵)

I am SO GRATEFUL and so excited to start this new decade. Saturn 🪐 Return has been sweet to me thanks to all of you!

IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAT AGAIN!

Every Monday night we will be connecting via Zoom from the coziness of your home to discuss the incredible read, the alchemist.

Whether you’ve read it before, or it’s your first time, or you just want to be apart of the meditations and listen you are welcome!

Each participant will receive a reading guide that’s not just for the book, but for their own self discovery through journal prompts and self inquiry.

Every session begins with a centering meditation, followed by discussion of the book. This is a very slow paced book club so there is a lot of time to digest your read.

My heart thinks about moving a lot
Wanting to dive into the uncertainty of someplace new
But then I pause, take a breath, dive deep
And when I come back up for air
I remember the beauty that is ‘here & now’

I truly believe our soul stays somewhere as long as there’s still more for us to learn, experience, and grow into… and when that well has been dried up or redirected… the next opportunity fully arrives & the path is clear

Grateful for my forever home, the now.

Roots are growing under the surface

My life is going through some big shifts, and some even bigger upgrades

This past week in Tulum/ Akumal with my 300hr YTT was truly transformational & healing. If you know me, you know I DO NOT use those words lightly — if ever

I don’t see yoga as a transformational art, rather a transmutational art. But transformation is sometimes required to shed old and out dated ways of being

I got to dive back into the world of travel, community, synchronicity, omens, and the liminal space

I’ve literally never laughed so much in my life for a more prolonged period of time

I feel seen, I feel loved, I feel inspired

What more could you ask for?

Thank you all who are walking this path with me 🥰 I’m so unbelievably grateful
