...the first time I took a yoga class. I did not know what to expect when I arrived to class and was going only because someone told me to go. And then by the time class was over I almost forgot where I was. My mat won my heart. Can anyone else out there relate? Please share. Your story could could inspire a future yogi and be our next quote.
