10 Bullsh*t New Age Deceptions and How to Correct Them
A must read with few potent pearls of truth.
“That which can be destroyed by the truth should be.”—P. C. Hodgell
“When you discovered the damaging affect of fluoride and you shared that information are you judging…yes…because judgement is an element of evaluation. The whole pseudo-spiritual yoga kirton pick-n-mix CULTure is toxic…it dovetails perfectly with the I’m-all-right-jack creed of the rainbow fascists and positive police who would have you believe that smoothies, yoga, permaculture, recycling and chanting the names of trendy Hindu gods…are all you need to put the brakes on the ever escalating apocalypse we find ourselves in. Whatever you do, don’t mention genocide or pe******ia or any number of global deceptions in their company. Any reference to Aliens or the moon will be the nail in the coffin of your reputation amongst their circle.” – Juliet J. Carter

Establishing Yourself: Foodways in Ayurveda
A fantastic read ... “We are in an era of excess,” here's a snippet of reflecting on Ayurveda’s five causes of disease and our increasing vulnerability in modern life.
Ayurveda’s Five Causes of Disease (dis-ease)
1.Failure of the intellect, wherein the intellect is influenced by the ego (mind) and higher self, and chooses to act either out of “Shreya” (good for me) or “Priya” (I like)
2. Misuse of the senses, wherein the senses are over-stimulated, leading to emotional or physical imbalance
3.Age/Time/Entropy
4. Ignoring physical needs
5. Forgetting one’s own self, in opposition to the very notion of health. “Swaastha” in Sanskrit translates literally to “me centered,” or “me established.”

Turmeric Spices Found Heavily Contaminated with Toxic Lead. FDA Forces Nationwide Recall for These Brands
"Any person consuming turmeric products from these questionable sources are at risk of eating dangerous quantities of a toxic heavy metal linked to brain damage, bone disorders, and heart damage. Lead is notoriously common in low-quality turmeric powders and turmeric products because a large amount of turmeric is grown in soil with a high-lead content in or around India and China, and then imported into the United States. Remember, just because a product is labeled as packaged, processed, or distributed in the U.S. does NOT mean that it was grown there.
Lead can wreak havoc on the nervous system and vital organs due to its ability to accumulate within the body. Even the FDA now acknowledges that, “Too much [lead exposure] can cause health problems, including delayed mental and physical development and learning deficiencies. Pregnant women, infants and young children especially should avoid exposure to lead.”
Please check your source and resource for any substance you place on your skin and absolutely what goes in your mouth. In the recent case of lead being found in Tumeric, the FDA still refuses to tell the public how much lead is required to trigger a recall.

A Personalized Diet, Better Suited to You
Henri de Mondeville said it best, "who believes that anything can be suited to everyone is a great fool, because medicine is practiced not on mankind in general, but on every individual in particular"
Knowledge of constitution is the key for a holistic and integral health care, the true basis of any preventative medicine.
