Andre Houle is no longer at Core Power Yoga. He is now teaching at Yoga Box in Pacific Beach. 909 Grand Avenue. 1 week free. $89/monthly unlimited for the first 100 members. Parking is plentiful. Come for the sweat and love!

And starting next week M,W 6:45-7:45pm, F at 5:30pm.
Classes can be reserved online.
Andre is also at FIT Tues 6:45pm and Sat 9am

Don't forget, everyone. Tomorrow is the big day !! One Love Yoga Event at Waterfront Park - Forecast is for full sun and fun. The cause is underprivileged youth. No kid should have to suffer wondering where they will sleep, when they will eat their next meal, or be sold in trafficking. It is our calling to make a difference for as many kids as possible. We do this by raising awareness for youth issues locally in the U.S. and globally by hosting charity events. 10-1:30 with wine and craft beer tasting after the yoga flow.
