🌟 Almost 9 years ago, I set out on a mission to create a therapy company that puts therapists first. Today, I’m incredibly proud to see the positive impact we’ve made, especially when I read testimonials from our amazing employees! 🙌

I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not perfect and I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. But seeing how many incredible people come together to make RL a wonderful place to work every day fills me with immense pride and gratitude.

One of my favorite quotes is, “Working from home does not have to mean working alone.” And every day, I’m thankful for the incredible team that proves this true.

Thank you all for being part of this journey and for making RL such a special place. Here’s to many more years of growth and success together! 🌱❤️
