MARY SPICER Realife Coaching

Mary Spicer is a work and life coach for business owners, visionaries, and other highly creative people. She helps them reconnect with their innate wisdom and create new freedom and momentum in their lives.

The goal is to understand and gently shift unhelpful behavior patterns, so you can live your best life and be your best self.

About Mary. Mary an early adaptor into tech, launched a career in digital design and branding at WIRED Magazine/Hotwired. Later, she co-founded one of the first female led web development agency in San Francisco. In that role, she worked with Gloria Steinem on human rights advocacy, and helped to brand and offer strategic insight to an organization that helps women achieve success in politics and government. Mary is a creative problem solver and entrepreneurial thinker. Her clients include Wired, MTV, Hewlett Packard, Adobe and American Express.

After many years in design and strategy, Mary started her teaching, mentoring, and coaching business in 2005. She received a Master’s Certification in Intuition Medicine®, a 1000-hour program in energy medicine, which works with the nervous system and the energetics of the body to help clients get in touch with deeper unconscious patterning. Additionally, she has completed training in Trauma and Somatic Experience which is a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders. She is certified in Advanced Restorative Yoga instruction, CPR trained L2 American Canoe Association SUP Instructor and Sound Healing with the Acoustic Brain Network.
