Oat milk daily change your skin.
I eat so much pastries and sugar everyday. Of course I had so many red spots on my face and trying to pop them left even worse black scars on my face and it is really hard to cover with makeup.
Lately, I noticed my skin improved so much and I can’t really think what made the change.
I still eat so much cakes and sugar. I still have beer once a week, fried food? Yup. Part of my life.
But, one thing. I’ve changed my milk to OAT milk. Regular milk makes your body cold especially if your body Tempe is colder than others like who always somewhat feel cold and your feet is ice cold. My feet is really cold and I feel my belly is cold too. So I’ve started drinking oat milk instead.
That’s only reason I could think the reason why my skin got better so much.
So I researched the benefits of eating oats. And the section I focused was Minerals and Vitamins.
Manganese,
Phosphorus,
Copper,
Vitamin B1,
Iron,
Selenium,
Magnesium,
Zinc etc!!!!
All These vitamins so essential to our body and antioxidants from these minerals all in expensive serum, eye cream, moisturizer and toner etc.
And you know, brown sting is better than putting on your skin. No wonder I have so much energy lately not taking naps and not feeling sleepy!
Because I have so much energy!
I’m changing everything with oat now. 🔥
