Blessed to cover my old Sunday morning yoga class these past few weeks. So many great people here at the Y remind me why I love to teach…the key for me in advancing my practice is not to “hold” a pose, but to surrender and let gravity and the breath assist. As I remind my students (and myself!) yoga is a practice, not a perfect…I’ve got one more Sunday class to cover before I take some much needed time off.
