Recognizing the early signs can help loved ones get the support, care, and reassurance they need sooner. If you’re concerned about changes in a loved one, contact ameriCARE to learn how compassionate in-home support can help. 💙

🌟 Meet Our Team: Rose 🌟

Director of Operations

Rose serves as Director of Operations, where she focuses on strengthening systems, improving coordination, and ensuring clients and families receive consistent, high-quality, and accessible care. She works closely with caregivers, healthcare providers, and community services to build strong partnerships that support clients beyond day-to-day needs.

Her path into care is deeply personal. After helping support her brother following a serious accident that resulted in limb loss, Rose saw firsthand how important it is not only to have high-quality care, but care that truly fits the individual. That experience shaped her commitment to reducing barriers, improving communication, and helping families navigate care with less stress and more confidence.

Rose believes that people feel truly cared for when there is trust, follow-through, and strong teamwork behind the scenes. She is dedicated to aligning caregivers and administrative teams so families experience care that feels coordinated, respectful, and genuinely centered around their needs. She leads with heart and strongly believes that the best outcomes come from genuine collaboration and teamwork across everyone involved in a client’s care journey.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys exploring the Bay Area. She spends her time hiking, climbing, and playing pickleball, and also enjoys attending community and health tech events that bring people together around innovation and care.

💜 Rose is part of our leadership team, supporting coordination across care, caregivers, and families to help ensure a smooth and consistent care experience.

🌟 Meet Our Team: Kayley 🌟

HR Manager

Kayley is the HR Manager at ameriCARE, where she supports caregivers behind the scenes — from hiring and onboarding to benefits, payroll, and ongoing team support. Her role is all about making sure caregivers feel valued, informed, and supported so they can provide the best possible care to clients and families.

Her passion for this work started while watching her grandparents grow older and seeing firsthand how much compassionate, reliable care matters. That experience shaped her belief that caregivers deserve strong support systems too. She is dedicated to advocating for them through competitive wages, meaningful time off, and helping them understand the resources available to them.

Kayley believes that when caregivers feel supported and connected to the organization, it directly impacts the quality of care families receive. Creating that sense of belonging and support is at the heart of her work.

Outside of work, Kayley enjoys reading, baking, and adventuring outdoors with her husband and toddler.

💜 We’re proud to have Kayley supporting our caregivers and team!

🌟 Meet Our Team: Caroline 🌟

Quality Care Manager

Caroline’s journey into care began in an unexpected but meaningful way. A friend’s mother, who worked as a caregiver, needed someone to support her client while she was away, and she recommended Caroline. What started as a one-month commitment became a lifelong career.

For Caroline, for whom English is a second language, this opportunity opened the door to a new path in the workforce. She learned about the role of a Certified Nursing Assistant, something she had never heard of before. In her culture, caring for elders is part of life, not a formal profession. Inspired to grow, she completed her CNA training and began working in care facilities and home care agencies nearly sixteen years ago, and she has never looked back.

Caroline loves the connections at the heart of this work. Building relationships with clients, families, and caregivers is what makes her role deeply meaningful. Supporting quality care is not just her job; it is her pride and joy.

What matters most to Caroline is ensuring clients and their families feel heard. She takes the time to understand not only their care needs but also their stressors and concerns. She knows a good caregiver match is not just about skills. Personality, communication style, and comfort matter just as much. Caroline believes in caring for the whole person, not just assisting with daily living tasks.

Outside of work, Caroline is happiest anywhere near water, the ocean, a lake, or the sea, which brings her a sense of calm even though she cannot swim. She also loves cooking, finding it deeply therapeutic and another way to care for the people around her.

💜 We are proud to have Caroline leading our team.
